Rentals

The Small Hall

The small hall features tile flooring and wood wainscoting.
It is 1,800 square feet and includes the use of the following:
- Kitchen, Bar, Ice Machine, Chairs, Tables, Two Bathrooms. 
The maximum sit-down capacity is 150 people.
The maximum assembly capacity is 300 people.
Plenty of on-site parking to accommodate all guests. 

$750 Secured Deposit
$1,500 Rental Fee (Price Includes Cleaning)
*Mandatory Security Guard Fee Will Be Determined Upon Signing The Rental Contract.
**Payments can only be made via Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Zelle.

The Large Hall

The large hall features hardwood flooring and wood wainscoting.
It is 2,400 square feet and includes the use of the following:
- Stage, Kitchen, Bar, Ice Machine, Chairs, Tables, Two Bathrooms. 
The maximum sit-down capacity is 200 people.
The maximum assembly capacity is 400 people.
Plenty of on-site parking to accommodate all guests. 

$1,500 Secured Deposit
$2,200 Rental Fee (Price Includes Cleaning)
*Mandatory Security Guard Fee Will Be Determined Upon Signing The Rental Contract.

Both Halls

Both halls have a combined space of 4,200 square feet.
The Big Hall features hardwood flooring and wood wainscoting.
The Small Hall features tile flooring and wood wainscoting.
Renters will have use of the following:
- Stage, Kitchen, Bar, Ice Machine, Chairs, Tables, Four Bathrooms.
The maximum sit-down capacity is 350 people. 

$1,650 Secured Deposit
$3,000 Rental Fee (Price Includes Cleaning)
*Mandatory Security Guard Fee Will Be Determined Upon Signing The Rental Contract
