Service Description
The small hall is equipped with tile flooring and wood wainscotting. It is 1,800 square feet and the use of the kitchen, bar, ice machine, chairs, tables and two bathrooms. The maximum sit-down capacity is 150 people. The maximum assembly capacity is 300 people. Plenty of on-site parking to accommodate all guests. $750 Secured Deposit $1,000 Rental Fee (price includes cleaning) *Mandatory Security Guard Fee Will Be Determined Upon Signing The Rental Contract. **Payments can only be made via Check, Cashier's Check, Money Order or Zelle.
